§ 338. Notice of a meeting for incorporation. Notice of a meeting for\nthe purpose of incorporating a congregation, to which this article is\napplicable, shall be given as follows:\n 1. The notice shall be in writing and shall state in substance that a\nmeeting of the members of such congregation will be held at a stated\nplace, date and hour for the purpose of incorporating such congregation,\nelecting laymen trustees thereof and selecting a corporate name thereof.\n 2. The notice shall also state that the appropriate ecclesiastical\nauthority has given sanction and permission, required under this\narticle, for the incorporation.\n 3. The notice must be signed by at least six persons of full age who\nare then members in good and regular standing of such congregation by\nadmission int

Such notice shall be publicly read at two successive regular\nmeetings for public worship or at special meetings of such congregation\non the two Sundays immediately preceding the meeting for incorporation;\nand at least fifteen days before the meeting for incorporation, by the\nfirst named of the following persons who is present thereat, to wit:\nThe minister in charge of such congregation, officiating minister\nthereof, or one of the persons qualified to sign such notice in the\norder of their age beginning with the oldest.\n 5. A copy of such notice shall be posted conspicuously on the outside\nof the main entrance to the usual place of worship, or at the place\nwhere the special meetings are to be held, at least fifteen days before\nthe meeting for incorporation.\n 6. A copy of such notice shall be sent by mail postpaid at least ten\ndays prior to the date set for the meeting for incorporation to each\nmember in good and regular standing by admission into full communion and\nmembership therewith, in accordance with the rules and regulations\nthereof, and of the Byelorussian Autocephalic Orthodox Church, at his\nlast known address as same appears in the records of the congregation.\n
