§ 335. Powers of certain existing corporations to conform charter to\narticle. A corporation heretofore created in this state by special act\nor under general law for purposes for which a corporation may be created\nunder this article and other applicable provisions of this chapter, may,\nby the procedure herein provided, amend its charter or certificate of\nincorporation to conform to the provisions of this article with the same\ncorporate name and for the same corporate purposes and any additional\npurposes permitted by this article; but such amendment shall not affect\nthen existing property rights or liabilities.\n
