§ 331. Control of trustees by corporate meetings. A corporate meeting\nof an incorporated United Methodist church, whose trustees are elective\nas such, may give directions, not inconsistent with law or with the\ndiscipline of The United Methodist Church, as to the manner in which any\nof the temporal affairs of the church shall be administered by the\ntrustees thereof; and such directions shall be followed by the trustees.\n
