§ 333. Conveyance of property for church, school or missionary\npurposes. Any church or society of The United Methodist Church created\nby or existing under the laws of the state of New York, having its\nprincipal office or place of worship in the state of New York, or whose\nplace of worship was within the state of New York, is hereby authorized\nand empowered by the concurrent vote of two-thirds of its qualified\nvoters present and voting therefor, at a meeting regularly called for\nthat purpose, and of two-thirds of all its trustees and by the written\nconsent of the resident bishop and the district superintendent, to\ndirect the transfer and conveyance of any of its property, real or\npersonal, which it now has or may hereafter acquire, to any religious,\ncharitable or missionary cor
