§ 329. Change of date of annual corporate meetings. An annual\ncorporate meeting of an incorporated United Methodist church may change\nthe date of its annual meeting thereafter. If such a date shall next\nthereafter occur less than six months after the annual meeting at which\nsuch change is made, the next annual meeting shall be held one year from\nsuch next recurring date. For the purpose of determining the terms of\noffice of trustees, the time between the annual meeting at which such\nchange is made and the next annual meeting thereafter shall be reckoned\nas one year.\n
