§ 327. Vacancies in board of trustees. If any trustee of such\nincorporated United Methodist church declines to act, resigns, dies, or\nhas his trusteeship terminated by any other means, his office shall be\nvacant and the quarterly conference of the church in any regular or a\nspecial session may fill the vacancy until the next annual corporate\nmeeting when trustees are elected at which meeting the vacancy shall be\nfilled for the unexpired term.\n
