§ 328. Meetings of trustees. Meetings of the trustees of an\nincorporated United Methodist church may be held at stated intervals or\nmay be called by giving at least twenty-four hours notice thereof\npersonally or by mail to all trustees and such meeting may be called and\nsuch notice given by the pastor, the secretary of the board of trustees,\nor by any two of the trustees, but by the unanimous consent of the\ntrustees a meeting may be held without previous notice thereof. Some\nmember of the board of trustees elected for that purpose shall be\npresident or chairman, or the pastor may preside without vote.
