§ 128 — Promulgation of rules and regulations
§ 128. Promulgation of rules and regulations. Notwithstanding any\ninconsistent provision of the state administrative procedure act, the\ncommission shall be authorized to promulgate regulations on an emergency\nbasis to ensure the implementation of this article.\n
