§ 122. Continuation of rules and regulations. All rules, regulations,\nacts, orders, determinations, and decisions of the former division of\nthe lottery and former racing and wagering board in force at the time of\nsuch transfer and assumption, shall continue in force and effect as\nrules, regulations, acts, orders, determinations and decisions of the\ncommission until duly modified or abrogated by such commission.\n
