§ 4. Rooms for the Grand Army of the Republic and United Spanish War\nVeterans. The rooms in the capitol now under the charge of the\ncommander of the Grand Army of the Republic for the department of New\nYork, shall continue to be set apart and suitably furnished by the\ncommissioner of general services, and such rooms so furnished shall\nhereafter be and remain under the joint charge of the commander of the\nGrand Army of the Republic and the commander of the United Spanish War\nVeterans, department of New York, or of such officers who are members of\nsuch organizations, respectively, as they or their successors may\nappoint. Such rooms shall continue to be used by them for the purpose\nof storing the supplies and property of such Grand Army of the Republic\nand United Spanish War V
