§ 43. State parks. The requirement of approval of the office of\ngeneral services or the commissioner of transportation shall not apply\nto works of art, buildings, bridges, arches, gates, fences or other\nstructures under the control of the department of environmental\nconservation, the several park authorities and the office of parks and\nrecreation.\n
