§ 787. Enforcement. The commissioner may adopt rules and regulations\nimplementing the provisions of this article. The commissioner shall be\nauthorized to enforce the provisions of this article and to assess civil\npenalties as provided in sections two hundred fifteen and two hundred\neighteen of this chapter. The civil penalties provided for in this\nsection shall be in addition to and may be imposed concurrently with any\nother remedy or penalty provided for in this chapter.\n
