§ 782. Protection from quotas. An employee shall not be required to\nmeet a quota that prevents compliance with meal or rest periods or use\nof bathroom facilities, including reasonable travel time to and from\nbathroom facilities. An employer shall not take adverse employment\naction against an employee for failure to meet a quota that does not\nallow a worker to comply with meal and rest periods or for failure to\nmeet a quota that has not been disclosed to the employee pursuant to\nsection seven hundred eighty-one of this article.\n
