§ 152. Publishing calendars in Erie county. The board of supervisors\nof the county of Erie may exercise from time to time the power to\ndesignate as hereafter provided a daily newspaper published in the city\nof Buffalo in which shall be printed day calendars of the courts of\nrecord held in and for the county of Erie as may be specified by the\nclerks of such courts respectively under the orders of such courts. Said\nboard of supervisors is hereby further authorized to contract with the\nlowest responsible bidder among the daily newspapers published within\nthe city of Buffalo from year to year for the publication of said day\ncalendars by such duly designated newspaper as hereinbefore provided.\n
