§ 773. Commencing the proceeding.

1.A local government entity other\nthan a town may be dissolved and terminated by the procedure described\nin this title.\n 2. Dissolution proceedings may be commenced by:\n (a) a resolution of the governing body of the local government entity\nto be dissolved endorsing a proposed dissolution plan; or\n (b) elector initiative.\n
