§ 77-g. Sports field fence leases in the city of Rye, Westchester\ncounty. Notwithstanding any provision of any general, special or local\nlaw or of any charter to the contrary, the city of Rye, Westchester\ncounty, may lease any and all sports field fences at Disbrow Park,\nGagliardo or Recreation Park annually, at a nominal rent, to a\nnot-for-profit corporation or organization, organized under the laws of\nthe state of New York for the purpose of permitting the sale of\nadvertising, with the revenues to be used solely for the care of said\nparks in the city of Rye, Westchester county.\n
