  * § 77-j. Sports field fence leases in the town of Kent, Putnam\ncounty.  Notwithstanding any provision of any general, special or local\nlaw or of any charter to the contrary, the town of Kent, Putnam county,\nmay lease any and all sports field fences at Guglielmo Field, annually,\nat a nominal rent, to a not-for-profit corporation or organization,\norganized under the laws of the state of New York for the purpose of\npermitting the sale of advertising, with the revenues to be used solely\nfor the care of such Guglielmo Field in the town of Kent, Putnam county.\n  * NB There are 2 § 77-j's\n
