§ 7 — Limited operation of holiday
§ 7. Limited operation of holiday. The governor in issuing any\nproclamation appointing any day as a holiday or as a day of thanksgiving\nor fasting and prayer or other religious observance, under section\ntwenty-four of the general construction law is authorized, in his\ndiscretion, to limit or restrict the effect and operation of such\nproclamation to any city or county to be designated by him in such\nproclamation.\n
