§ 701. Definitions. As used in this article the following terms shall\nmean:\n 1. "council" means the most integrated setting coordinating council.\n 2. "disability" means, with respect to an individual:\n (a) a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or\nmore of the major life activities of such individual;\n (b) a record of such an impairment; or\n (c) being regarded as having such an impairment.\n 3. "most integrated setting" means a setting that is appropriate to\nthe needs of the individual with the disability and enables that\nindividual to interact with nondisabled persons to the fullest extent\npossible.\n
