§ 702. Most integrated setting coordinating council; organization. 1.\nThe most integrated setting coordinating council is hereby created\nwithin the executive department to have and exercise the functions,\npowers and duties provided by the provisions of this article and any\nother provision of law. The council shall be comprised of the\ncommissioners of: the department of health, the office for people with\ndevelopmental disabilities, the office of mental health, the department\nof transportation, the office of children and family services, the\noffice of addiction services and supports, the department of education,\nand the division of housing and community renewal.
