§ 711-a. Analyze and report on the feasibility of implementing tornado\nwarning systems.
1.The division shall analyze and report on the\nfeasibility of implementing tornado warning systems, including the\ninstallation of tornado sirens in municipalities across the state. Such\nexamination shall include determining whether certain municipalities\nshould install tornado sirens, the potential placement of tornado sirens\nand whether they should be located near schools, hospitals, sports\nfacilities, colleges or other populated areas.\n 2. The division shall analyze and report on the use of firehouse\nsirens as possible notification to the surrounding community of an\nimpending tornado and the type of public education necessary to carry\nout such program.\n 3.
