§ 711-B — Review of water supplier vulnerability analysis assessments

§ 711-b. Review of water supplier vulnerability analysis assessments.\nThe commissioner, or his or her designee, shall review each\nvulnerability analysis assessment prepared by a water supplier pursuant\nto section eleven hundred twenty-five of the public health law. The\ncommissioner may issue recommendations or general guidance to the water\nsupplier based on the assessment to enhance protections against a\nterrorist attack or cyber attack. Such recommendations and guidance\nshall be kept confidential and shall be exempt from disclosure under\narticle six of the public officers law.\n
