§ 170-d. Disclosure of disabled tenants' rights. The division of human\nrights shall promulgate regulations requiring every housing provider\nunder subdivisions two-a and five of section two hundred ninety-six of\nthis chapter, to provide notice to all tenants and prospective tenants,\nin writing, within thirty days of the effective date of their tenancy,\nor thirty days from the effective date of this section for current\ntenants, of their rights to request reasonable modifications and\naccommodations pursuant to subparagraphs one, two and three of paragraph\nd of subdivision two-a of section two hundred ninety-six of this chapter\nand subdivision eighteen of section two hundred ninety-six of this\nchapter.\n
