* § 170-b. Employee loans.

1.No state agency shall make available to\nemployees a loan of any amount of money. Provided, however, that nothing\nin this section shall be construed to impede any person from receiving\nany aid for which he or she is eligible pursuant to any state or federal\nstatute or regulation.\n 2. For purposes of this section, the term "state agency" shall mean\nany state department, state university of New York, city university of\nNew York, authority, board, bureau, division, commission, committee,\ncouncil, office or other governmental entity performing a governmental\nor proprietary function for the state.\n * NB There are 2 § 170-b's\n
