* § 27-2907. Department responsibilities.\n 1. No later than June first, two thousand fifteen, the department\nshall maintain on its website information regarding the collection and\nproper management of out-of-service mercury thermostats in the state.\nThe information shall include the following:\n (a) a description of the collection programs established under this\nsection;\n (b) a report on the progress towards achieving the statewide\ncollection goals set forth in this title; and\n (c) a list of all thermostat wholesalers, contractors, qualified local\ngovernment authorities, and thermostat retailers participating in the\nprogram as collection sites.\n 2.
