§ 27-0501 — Definitions

§ 27-0501. Definitions.\n 1. "Collection system development program" means a comprehensive\nreview of existing solid waste collection practices and the development\nof designs for efficient and cost-effective systems for the systematic\ncollection of solid waste of one or more municipalities or any portion\nthereof.\n 2. "Preparation of contract documents" means the preparation of\ndocuments for entering into contracts for (a) the design, construction,\noperation, financing, ownership or maintenance of a solid waste\nmanagement facility;

(b)a system of collection and disposal of\nmunicipal solid waste through resource recovery; and (c) the marketing\nof materials and energy recovered from solid waste. Such documents may\ninclude detailed construction plans and specifications, bid\nadver
