§ 27-0401 — Secondary materials

§ 27-0401. Secondary materials.\n 1. As used in this article, "secondary materials" shall mean material\nrecovered from or otherwise destined for the waste stream, including but\nnot limited to, post-consumer material, industrial scrap material and\noverstock or obsolete inventories from distributors, wholesalers and\nother companies as defined in rules and regulations promulgated by the\ncommissioner of economic development in consultation with the\ncommissioner but such term does not include those materials and\nby-products generated from, and commonly reused within, an original\nmanufacturing process.\n 2.
