§ 27-2619. Preemption.\n Jurisdiction in all matters pertaining to electronic waste recycling,\nincluding but not limited to the obligations of manufacturers,\nretailers, electronic waste collection sites, electronic waste\nconsolidation facilities and electronic waste recycling facilities with\nrespect to electronic waste recycling, is, by this title, vested\nexclusively in the state. Any provision of any local law or ordinance,\nor any rule or regulation promulgated thereto, governing covered\nelectronic equipment and the collection, reuse, or recycling of\nelectronic waste shall upon the effective date of this title be\npreempted.\n
