§ 27-2611. Disposal ban.\n 1. Beginning April first, two thousand eleven, no manufacturer,\nretailer, or owner or operator of an electronic waste collection site,\nelectronic waste consolidation facility or electronic waste recycling\nfacility in the state shall dispose of electronic waste at a solid waste\nmanagement facility or hazardous waste management facility, or place\nelectronic waste for collection which is intended for disposal at a\nsolid waste management facility or hazardous waste management facility.\n 2. Beginning January first, two thousand twelve, no person except for\nan individual or household shall place or dispose of any electronic\nwaste in any solid waste management facility, or place electronic waste\nfor collection which is intended for disposal at a solid waste\
