§ 27-2507. Combustion of creosote.\n On and after January first, two thousand eight, neither creosote or\nany wood or other product treated with or containing creosote shall be\nburned in any manner in this state, including in fireplaces and stoves,\nexcept in a facility permitted pursuant to this article and article\nnineteen of this chapter to burn the specific type of creosote waste.\n
