§ 27-2505. Disposal of creosote prohibited.\n On and after January first, two thousand eight, neither creosote nor\nany wood or other product treated with or containing creosote shall be\ndisposed of in this state, except in a permitted facility pursuant to\nthis section, in a landfill permitted by the department and approved by\nthe department to accept this material and properly lined to prevent\ngroundwater contamination, or by any method approved by the department.\n
