§ 27-2215. Exclusions.\n 1. This title shall not apply to any designated food scraps generators\nlocated in a city with a population of one million or more which has a\nlocal law, ordinance or regulation in place which requires the diversion\nof edible food and food scraps from disposal.\n 2. This title does not apply to hospitals, nursing homes, adult care\nfacilities, and elementary and secondary schools.\n
