§ 27-1107. Powers of municipalities.\n Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no municipality may,\nexcept as expressly authorized by this article or the board, require any\napproval, consent, permit, certificate or other condition including\nconformity with local zoning or land use laws and ordinances, regarding\nthe operation of a facility with respect to which a certificate\nhereunder has been granted; provided, however, that such municipality\nhas received notice of the filing of the application therefor.\n
