§ 27-0922. Prohibitions.\n The use of waste oil or used oil or other material which is\ncontaminated or mixed with any chlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxin, or any\nother hazardous waste identified or listed according to the regulations\npromulgated pursuant to section 27-0903 of this title (other than a\nwaste identified solely on the basis of ignitability), for dust\nsuppression or road treatment is prohibited.\n
