§ 27-0920. Reports.\n 1. Subject to the moneys available to the department for such\npurposes, the department shall submit to the governor, the temporary\npresident of the senate and the speaker of the assembly on an annual\nbasis a complete and detailed report setting forth:\n (a) The status of all permits issued and pending for the treatment,\nstorage, transportation or disposal of hazardous wastes pursuant to\nsection 27-0707 and section 27-0913 of this chapter.\n (b) The types and amounts of financial assurances which have been\nrequired pursuant to this section.\n (c) Any other matters that the department determines relevant for\ninclusion.\n 2. On-site environmental monitors at commercial hazardous waste\nfacilities which utilize secure landburial facilities as a primary\ndisposal technique shall prepare a calendar-based quarterly report on\nthe facility including a list of any violations observed and the actions\ntaken to correct them, a list of any fines or penalties levied during\nthe period covered, the status of any construction, improvement or\nexpansion projects at the facility, any pertinent information or trends\nderived from monitoring devices and any other information useful to\ndescribing the operational status of the facility. The reports shall be\nmade on a standard form as determined by the department and shall be\nfiled within twenty days after the end of each calendar quarter with the\nappropriate department regional office, with the facility and with any\nmunicipality and county within which the facility is located. Each\nmonitor assigned to the facility during a report period shall sign the\nreport and shall be available to answer questions posed by the\nmunicipalities or facility operator concerning the activities described\nin each such report. Quarterly reports shall be kept on file at the\nappropriate regional office and made available to the public.\n
