§ 27-0915. Inspections and general reporting.\n 1. For purposes of developing or assisting in the development of any\nregulation or enforcing the provisions of this title, any person who\ngenerates, stores, treats, transports, disposes of, or otherwise handles\nhazardous wastes shall, upon oral or written request of any officer or\nemployee of the department, when properly identified and duly designated\nby the commissioner, furnish or permit such officer or employee at all\nreasonable times to have access to, and to copy all records relating to\nsuch wastes. For the purposes of developing or assisting in the\ndevelopment of any regulation or enforcing the provisions of this title,\nsuch officers or employees are authorized after proper notification and\nidentification:\n a.
