§ 27-0905 — Manifest system

§ 27-0905. Manifest system.\n Not later than six months after the promulgation of regulations for\nhazardous wastes pursuant to paragraph one of section 27-0903 of this\ntitle, and after consultation and coordination with the commissioner of\ntransportation, the commissioner shall promulgate in a manner consistent\nwith the state administrative procedure act, regulations establishing a\nmanifest system by which to monitor the transportation, storage, and\ndisposal of hazardous waste and to assure that such acts are performed\nin a manner consistent with this title. Such manifest systems shall\nconform to that adopted by the administrator pursuant to RCRA. Where\nappropriate and consistent with the provisions of RCRA, the commissioner\nmay provide for exemption from the provisions of this
