§ 27-0900 — Applicability

§ 27-0900. Applicability.\n It is the purpose of this title to regulate the management of\nhazardous waste (from its generation, storage, transportation, treatment\nand disposal) in this state and to do so in a manner consistent with the\nFederal Solid Waste Disposal Act, as amended by public law 94-580, the\nResource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976, and as further amended\nby public law 95-609, the Quiet Communities Act of 1978, public law\n96-463, the Used Oil Recycling Act of 1980, public law 96-482, the Solid\nWaste Disposal Act Amendments of 1980, public law 98-616, the Hazardous\nand Solid Waste Amendments of 1984, public law 99-339, the Safe Drinking\nWater Act Amendments of 1986, and public law 99-499, the Superfund\nAmendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986, hereinafter re
