§ 27-0701 — Definitions

§ 27-0701. Definitions.\n As used in this title:\n 1. "Solid waste" means all putrescible and non-putrescible materials\nor substances discarded or rejected as being spent, useless, worthless\nor in excess to the owners at the time of such discard or rejection,\nexcept including but not limited to garbage, refuse, industrial and\ncommercial waste, sludges from air or water control facilities, rubbish,\nashes, contained gaseous material, incinerator residue, demolition and\nconstruction debris, discarded automobiles and offal but not including\nsewage and other highly diluted water carried materials or substances\nand those in gaseous form.\n 2. "Solid waste management facility" means any facility employed\nbeyond the initial solid waste collection process including, but not\nlimited to,
