§ 8808. State board for applied behavior analysis.
1.A state board\nfor applied behavior analysis shall be appointed by the board of regents\nupon the recommendation of the commissioner and shall assist on matters\nof licensing and professional conduct in accordance with section\nsixty-five hundred eight of this title. An executive secretary of the\nboard shall be appointed by the board of regents upon the recommendation\nof the commissioner.\n 2. The board shall consist of seven individuals, to be composed of the\nfollowing:\n (a) Three licensed behavior analysts;\n (b) One certified behavior analyst assistant;\n (c) One licensed psychologist, who may currently prescribe treatment\ninvolving applied behavior analysis in his or her professional practice;\nand\n (d) Two public repre
