§ 8803. The practice of and use of the title "licensed behavior\nanalyst" or "certified behavior analyst assistant". Only a person\nlicensed, certified or exempt under this article shall practice applied\nbehavior analysis. Only a person licensed or certified under this\narticle shall use the titles "licensed behavior analyst" or "certified\nbehavior analyst assistant."\n
