§ 8806. Limited permits. The following requirements for a limited\npermit shall apply to all professions licensed or certified pursuant to\nthis article:\n 1. The department may issue a limited permit to an applicant who meets\nall qualifications for licensure, except the examination and/or\nexperience requirements, in accordance with regulations promulgated\ntherefor.\n 2. Limited permits shall be for one year; such limited permits may be\nrenewed, at the discretion of the department, for one additional year.\n 3. The fee for each limited permit and for each renewal shall be\nseventy dollars.\n 4. A limited permit holder shall practice only under supervision as\ndetermined in accordance with the commissioner's regulations.\n
