§ 8805. Special provisions. An individual who meets the requirements\nfor a license as a licensed behavior analyst, pursuant to subdivision\ntwo of section eighty-eight hundred four of this article, or\ncertification as a certified behavior analyst assistant, pursuant to\nsubdivision one of section eighty-eight hundred four of this article,\nexcept for examination, experience and education, and who is certified\nor registered by a national certifying body having certification or\nregistration standards acceptable to the commissioner, may be licensed\nor certified, without meeting additional requirements as to examination,\nexperience and education, provided that such individual submits an\napplication to the department.\n
