§ 218. Powers and duties of new trustee. The trustee appointed in the\nplace of the trustee so removed shall in all respects have the like\npowers and authority, and be subject to the same control, obligations\nand responsibilities as the trustee originally appointed; and the\nappointment of such trustee shall be certified and recorded as the\noriginal appointment was required to be recorded.\n
