§ 213. Order for discharge of trustee from trust. Upon producing to\nthe court allowing such assignment, the certificate of the assignee,\nduly proved by the oath of a subscribing witness, that such assignment\nhas been duly made, and the property capable of delivery, belonging to\nsuch debtor, together with all the books, vouchers and documents,\nrelating to the estate of such debtor, has been duly delivered; and also\na certificate of the county clerk, that such assignment has been\nrecorded; such court shall grant to the trustee so applying, an order\nthat he be discharged from his trust.\n
