§ 211. Assignment by renouncing trustee. Such assignment shall be\nexecuted by such trustee, to such person, or persons, as the court shall\nappoint for that purpose; and in the appointment, such persons as shall\nhave been named to be assignees by the creditors of such debtor, or by\nthe major part of them, shall be preferred, if approved by such court.\n
