§ 217. New trustee in place of one absent. Whenever any trustee\nappointed under any authority conferred by any of the provisions of\narticles three, four or five of this chapter, shall remove from and\ncontinue to reside out of this state for one year, it shall be lawful\nfor the court which originally appointed such trustee, after giving\nnotice and an opportunity to the creditors to propose proper persons, to\nappoint another person in the place of such trustee.\n
