§ 198. Unclaimed dividends. If any dividend that shall have been\ndeclared, shall remain unclaimed by the person entitled thereto for one\nyear after the same was declared, the trustees shall consider it as\nrelinquished, and shall distribute it, on any subsequent dividend, among\nthe other creditors.\n
