§ 193. No set-off in certain cases. No set-off shall be allowed by\nsuch trustees, of any claim or debt, which shall have been purchased by,\nor transferred to, the person claiming its allowance, which could not\nhave been set off by him, according to the provisions of this article,\nin a suit brought by such trustees.\n
