§ 197. Provision for neglectful creditors. Any creditor who shall have\nneglected to deliver to the trustees an account of his demand, before\nthe first, second, third or other dividend, and who shall deliver his\naccount to them before the second, or other subsequent dividend, shall\nreceive the sum he would have been entitled to, on any former dividend,\nbefore any distribution be made to other creditors.\n
